-Originally from LaFayette NY, Carmen Adams now owns & operates Deacon Property Enterprise as a sole proprieter LLC.

If you were a Syracuse local from 2008 onward you might recognize "Adams Eden Camp", named after his family; a 300+ acre retreat in LaFayette NY where Carmen first took on his entreprenurial spirit by selling firewood to a few neighbors.

Fast forward 20 years and Carmen has now worked over 10 years in Property Management, 2 years as an Americorps Volunteer, 3 years as a Plumbing Specialist, and 5 years as a small business owner. Carmen has spent the last 5 years growing DPE, learning the local housing market, & building connections even whilst also taking on the roles of a Husband and Father.

DPE as a business is the result of a determination to follow Jesus, provide for family, and serving community through honest work into one actionable plan.
